What Our School Families Have To Say…

Our daughter enjoyed 3 awesome years with Mountain Laurel Montessori Collective.  It was an amazing time of growth for her during her 4th, 5th and 6th grade years.   She had so many incredible experiences like spelunking, cooking, sewing, playing the ukulele, art projects, community projects, and meeting a wonderful community of families.   The staff absolutely love what they do and they genuinely loved our child, too.  It felt great knowing how much our daughter wanted to be there, too.  I tell all my friends with kids about this school because we love it so much.  The worst part about this school is- the saying goodbye.

5 Stars- Highly Recommended!!!

My son started his early classroom childhood in the Children's House program and will soon be entering his 2nd year. I can't say enough about how terrific of an entire program & school MLMC is, in general, and for our Community. It feels like a big extended family and my son is thriving and excited to go back!

Both of my kids had Jen as a lower-elementary teacher. We drove obnoxious amounts of miles just so they could be in her classroom, and each mile was worth it. Jen is by far both kid's favorite teacher, and my son is in 11th grade now. I believe ANY child would highly benefit from being taught by Jen, and by just being in her presence.

MLMC is a  wonderful environment that allows  children to grow and flourish with gentle guidance and support from its extraordinary teachers. Jen and Ali have taught both of my children over the years and they have a wonderful understanding of children and meeting them where they are in their educational and developmental journey. They are passing on a true love of learning. My kids who are now 11 and 7.5 have never once fought me about going to school, instead they are often disappointed when they don’t have school or have to miss it for some reason.  This extreme love for school comes in great part from the love and support they received at MLMC.  They foster a wonderful love for learning that continues long after the children have left the school.
